About the Job
As a telecaller at TRU Realty Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your English, Hindi, and Marathi proficiency to connect with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to leads, introduce our company's projects, and schedule property viewings.Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective clients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Gather necessary information about clients' preferences and requirements.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in MS Excel and TREOS.
4. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
5. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property showings based on clients' availability.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
