We empower students, graduates, and working professionals to transform their careers and stay future-ready in the ever-evolving digital landscape. As the telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective customers and driving enrolments through outbound calling. This role involves engaging with leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward suitable programs while maintaining high communication standards. You will support the sales team by ensuring quality lead interactions and contributing to overall conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead engagement & calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain course offerings and benefits. Follow communication scripts and maintain a professional tone in every interaction.
2. Lead qualification & follow-ups: Identify customer needs and assess readiness to enrol in IIDE programs. Conduct timely follow-ups with warm leads to boost conversion rates.
3. Data management & reporting: Update CRM systems with accurate lead information and call outcomes. Share daily call reports and insights with the sales manager.
