We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage clients, and close property deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through calls, networking, portals, and site visits
2. Handle client inquiries and understand property requirements
3. Present residential/commercial/off-plan properties to clients
4. Conduct Video Calls and Meetings with the Clients
5. Negotiate terms and close sales deals
6. Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
7. Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records
8. Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
