About the Job
As a Telecaller at Aipee company, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients and customers through phone calls. Your knowledge of MS-Excel will be essential for maintaining accurate records and data entry. Proficiency in spoken Hindi is also required to effectively communicate with Hindi-speaking clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:1. Making outbound calls to generate leads and set up appointments.
2. Following up with leads and providing information about our products and services.
3. Recording all interactions and maintaining a database in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication.
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries.
6. Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments.
7. Continuously updating your knowledge of our products and services to better assist clients.
