About the Job
As a Telecaller at Meta, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your expertise in MS-Excel, English and Hindi proficiency (both spoken and written) will be key in ensuring seamless communication with our clients.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
6. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
7. Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills to enhance customer experience
