About the Job
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at Prasoft IT Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our customer base through effective strategies and tactics. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in MS-Office, Email Marketing, English Proficiency (Spoken & Written), Negotiations, Lead Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Strategy to acquire new customers and increase revenue.1. Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to reach target audience
2. Utilize Email Marketing and other digital channels to generate leads and convert them into customers
3. Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure new business opportunities
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on product marketing and strategy
5. Identify market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
6. Analyze customer acquisition data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
7. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and vision to potential customers.
