As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introduce them to our services and generate leads. Your English proficiency and knowledge of MS-Excel will be key to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and explain the benefits of our offerings
2. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
3. Keep accurate records of all interactions in MS-Excel for future reference
4. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless handovers
6. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
