About the Job
As a Telecaller at Stage X, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for engaging with potential customers and promoting our products and services. Your proficiency in MS-Excel will enable you to keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Your excellent spoken and written English proficiency, as well as Hindi proficiency, will help you effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products and services.
2. Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly using MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences to improve our marketing strategies.
