Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to new enquiries
2. Understand basic client requirements (home type, location, budget range, timeline)
3. Explain the company profile, services, and design–execution process in simple language
4. Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects
5. Maintain accurate lead details in CRM/Excel (call status, follow-ups, remarks)
6. Do regular follow-up calls and messages as per assigned timelines
7. Update daily call reports and lead status to the reporting manager
