We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective communication and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
2. Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
3. Maintain customer records by updating databases with call details and outcomes.
4. Follow up with leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Work environment:
1. Office-based/Hybrid (depending on company policy).
