About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Meeting the requirements for various campaigns within stipulated timelines.
2. Attend to walk-in candidates and conduct preliminary interviews/screening process.
3. Source candidates from web portals
4. Coordination with all the Project Managers / Team leaders for interviews & follow-up for the candidates selected.
5. Coordinating with the HR team regarding dates and timings of new joining batches.
6. Making Reference Checks of the new joiners.
7. Updating the Daily Recruitment Report and emailing the same to the concerned managers
