About the Job
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Recruiter – US IT Recruitment!We’re looking for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, client interaction, and vendor/account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end recruitment for contract, C2H, and full-time US IT roles
2. Work on ATS/VMS (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Fieldglass, Beeline)
3. Collaborate with clients, MSPs, and internal teams to define hiring needs
4. Conduct technical/behavioral interviews, negotiate offers, ensure compliance
5. Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing & Boolean searches
6. Manage documentation (W2, 1099, C2C, OPT, H1B, GC, USC) and background checks
7. Maintain compliance with EEO/OFCCP & US labor laws
8. Provide reports on time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire, and pipeline health
What We’re Looking For:
1. 1+ yrs in US IT Recruitment (across domains like Cloud, ERP, AI, etc.)
2. Hands-on with sourcing tools: Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, TechFetch, etc.
3. Strong communication, negotiation & client management skills
4. Prior experience in leading teams is a plus
