About the Role :
As an Education Counsellor/Admission Counsellor (Fresher) at IIDE Delhi, you will counsel prospective students, explain program details, handle inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments. This role suits individuals who enjoy communication, sales, student guidance, and want to start a career in EdTech admissions, inside sales, telecalling, customer-facing roles, academic advising, or business development.
Key responsibilities:
A. Student Counselling & Course Advisory
1. Guide students about IIDE’s digital marketing programs and course options.
2. Provide counselling to students and parents regarding curriculum, fees, batch schedules, and outcomes.
3. Help students choose suitable learning paths based on interests and career goals.
4. Act as a Student Advisor/Academic Counsellor/Education Counsellor for all incoming inquiries.
B. Inside Sales, Telecalling & Lead Conversion
1. Make 60–80 connected outbound calls daily to prospective students.
2. Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into admissions.
3. Conduct structured telecalling/telesales conversations to generate enrollments.
4. Handle lead nurturing, follow-ups, call-backs, and CRM updates regularly.
C. Lead Management, CRM & Reporting
1. Maintain accurate student data, call logs, and follow-up notes on CRM.
2. Track inquiry-to-enrollment progress and work toward achieving conversion targets.
3. Generate daily and weekly reports for call metrics and sales performance.
D. Additional Responsibilities
1. Support in scheduling demos, webinars, counselling sessions, and student events.
2. Manage student queries professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
3. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead/Sales Manager.
KPIs:
1. Calls: 60–80 connected outbound calls per day.
2. Talk Time: 2–3 hours per day.
3. Conversion Targets: Weekly & monthly enrollment targets.
4. Location: Candidate must reside in Mumbai (or be willing to relocate).
