About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve company targets and business growth objectives.
2. Approach and onboard new clients for company formation within the Fintech sector.
3. Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and consistent achievement of goals.
4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
6. Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management to senior leadership.
