Key responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and references.
2. Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
2. Client Outreach & Communication
1. Make daily outbound calls/messages to prospects.
2. Schedule and conduct meetings, demos, or presentations with interested clients.
3. Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
3. Product/Service Pitching
1. Explain product offerings clearly as per client needs.
2. Customize solutions based on client profile and requirements.
3. Share brochures, proposals, and follow-up documents.
4. Follow-Ups & Conversions
1. Conduct consistent follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
2. Address client concerns, objections, and queries promptly.
3. Aim for daily/weekly conversion targets.
5. Negotiation & Closing
1. Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines professionally.
2. Close deals within the given sales cycle and meet monthly revenue goals.
6. CRM & Reporting
1. Update CRM daily with lead status, call notes, and follow-ups.
2. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
