About the Job
The Signature Design Studio is a 12-year-old, award-winning interior design brand with 1200+ projects completed across PAN India.Drive sales for luxury interior design projects with an established 12-year-old brand!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold call databases (50-100 calls/day) - new flat/villa owners
2. Set up client meetings at our Experience Center (HSR Layout)
3. Accompany Senior Architects/Designers to construction sites
4. Follow up with leads and convert to sales
5. Prepare quotations using our easy in-house software
6. Negotiate and close deals (Target: 2-3 projects/month)
7. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
Location: Based in Bangalore, can travel to HSR Layout Sector 6 daily
Compensation: Fixed: ₹20,000/month + Incentives: ₹15,000 per project closure Target: 2-3 closures/month
Example earnings:
2 closures = ₹20k + ₹30k = ₹50,000/month
3 closures = ₹20k + ₹45k = ₹65,000/month
4 closures = ₹20k + ₹60k = ₹80,000/month
