About the Job-We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our client sales operations in the uPVC and system aluminium windows & doors segment.
The Sales Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to nurture these leads over calls, qualify requirements, schedule meetings/site visits, assist with quotations, and hand over matured leads to our clients to help them achieve faster closures and higher sales.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Handle and follow up on inbound retail leads.
2. Speak with retail customers over calls to understand requirements related to uPVC and aluminium windows & doors.
3. Nurture and qualify leads by assessing budget, timelines, site details, and product preferences.
4. Schedule meetings and site visits between retail customers and Legacyforge’s client sales teams.
5. Assist clients in preparing and sharing quotations with retail customers.
6. Maintain accurate lead, enquiry, follow-up, and status data in Google Sheets and CRM tools.
7. Regularly share qualified and sales-ready leads with Legacyforge clients for closure.
8. Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and customers to ensure smooth communication.
9. Track lead progress and follow up to support higher conversion and closure rates.
10. Prepare basic sales updates and performance reports when required.
