About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Greet customers and understand their requirements to recommend suitable pre-owned vehicles.
2. Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to final closure.
3. Maintain thorough knowledge of inventory, pricing, features, and competitors.
4. Arrange and conduct test drives, clearly explaining vehicle features and benefits.
5. Pitch financing and value-added services to customers ethically and effectively.
6. Support customers with sales documentation, contracts, and finance applications.
7. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to drive conversions and repeat business.
8. Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
10. Consistently work towards achieving individual and hub sales targets.
