Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage front desk operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Handle client interactions, membership queries, and trial conversions in a professional manner.
3. Coordinate and manage trainer schedules, client appointments, and daily studio activities.
4. Monitor studio occupancy, revenue, and sales performance on a regular basis.
5. Demonstrate effective negotiation and communication skills when interacting with clients and external partners.
6. Maintain a courteous and patient approach in handling client concerns and requests.
7. Ensure adherence to studio operational standards and protocols.
