About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead recruitment for both full-time and commission-based partners (Wealth managers, CAs, IFAs, etc.).
2. Source, evaluate, and onboard candidates who can generate business and maintain long-term commitment.
3. Apply a sales and negotiation mindset to recruitment- identify serious, goal-driven talent.
4. Build and manage a pipeline of commission-based professionals using digital platforms and referrals.
5. Use multiple channels- LinkedIn, AngelList, Naukri, Indeed, Telegram, etc.- for outreach and candidate engagement.
6. Track closures, maintain dashboards, and report weekly outcomes.
7. Collaborate with founders and business development teams to match manpower needs with business goals.
