Key responsibilities:1. Perform functional, usability, and regression testing for mobile applications
2. Identify, document, and track bugs across Android/iOS platforms
3. Ensure app performance, stability, and user experience
4. Conduct manual testing of CRM backend modules and workflows
5. Validate data integrity, APIs, and business logic
6. Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports
7. Design and execute automated test scripts for messaging servers
8. Validate message delivery, reliability, and system performance
9. Monitor logs, analyze failures, and report issues
