About the Job
Key Responsibilities: (Please note you will be the one answering on below questions after joining)Outreach Strategy and Execution (80%)
1. Design and strategize outbound outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn, including targeting, messaging, sequencing, and follow-up logic.
2. Execute outreach campaigns using tools such as Zoho CRM, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar platforms.
3. Research, build, clean, and segment lead lists based on industries, roles, company size, and geography. Create Lead Magnets.
4. Set up and manage email sequences, LinkedIn touchpoints, and automation workflows to generate replies and book meetings.
5. Run daily outreach activities including campaign launches, follow-ups, response handling, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling.
6. Experiment with different outreach approaches such as multi-step sequences, personalized messaging, timing variations, and channel mix to improve results.
7. Track and analyze outreach performance including open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked. Use insights to refine strategy.
8. Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, data accuracy, opt-outs, and deliverability best practices.
9. Document outreach strategies, templates, and learnings for continuous improvement.
Sales and LinkedIn Marketing Support (20%)
10. Coordinate with leadership to book sales calls, update lead and deal stages, and track outreach outcomes in the CRM.
11. Support LinkedIn-based activities such as connection outreach, follow-ups, and campaign-aligned engagement.
12. Align outreach messaging with current offers, proposals, and positioning shared by sales and marketing teams.
