About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design and own end-to-end lead generation strategies across multiple verticals and brands
2. Audit, access, and optimise live funnels, CRMs, dashboards, and outreach systems
3. Analyse inbound, outbound, hybrid, and pay-per-lead (PPL) campaigns for scalability and ROI
4. Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and lead qualification frameworks
5. Build and refine lead scoring models and funnel logic
6. Identify leakage points across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion stages
7. Align sales, marketing, and operations teams around shared KPIs
8. Set performance benchmarks for CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality
9. Make data-driven decisions on budget allocation and channel prioritisation
10. Eliminate underperforming tactics and optimise high-performing channels
11. Scale systems and channels that consistently generate qualified leads
12. Develop reporting frameworks for leadership and stakeholders
13. Create repeatable playbooks for predictable lead generation
14. Continuously test, iterate, and optimise strategies based on real-time data
15. Take strategic ownership of lead generation systems across client and internal projects
