About the Job
About the Role:We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Associate to work closely with the Business Development, Sales & Leadership team at FayrEdge, a fast-growing SaaS company building next-gen Experience & Agentic AI platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys gritty execution, is comfortable with outreach fundamentals, and wants to learn demand generation end-to-end while working directly with founders.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research and collect high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, websites, and online sources
2. Identify relevant decision-makers across CX, HR, EX, culture, and leadership roles
3. Find and verify professional email IDs using tools and manual methods
4. Maintain clean, structured Excel/spreadsheets for lead tracking
5. Update and manage leads inside CRM tools (HubSpot – basic level)
6. Assist with cold email outreach (basic email drafting, personalization, sequencing support)
7. Support cold calling/warm calling efforts when required (basic qualification, call notes, follow-ups)
8. Support outbound campaigns by ensuring accurate and relevant data
9. Work closely with the Growth team to improve targeting, quality, and efficiency
