About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle travel leads
2. Explain itineraries to clients
3. Achieve monthly sales targets
4. Maintain follow-ups and CRM updates / Google Sheets
5. Prior experience in travel sales, holiday packages, or group trip selling preferred
6. Candidates who have personally travelled within India (Meghalaya/North East experience is a plus)
7. Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills
8. Comfortable handling 30–50 leads per day
9. Ability to explain itineraries confidently over call
10. Target-driven mindset with hunger to earn incentives
