About the Job
As a Junior Telecaller at HYPEWARE, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by contacting potential customers and generating leads through phone calls. Your knowledge of MS-Excel will come in handy as you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to kickstart their career in sales.1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to pitch our products and services.
2. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
3. Update and maintain customer databases using MS-Excel.
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
6. Keep track of sales metrics and report on performance.
7. Continuously improve your sales skills through training and coaching sessions.
