About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Learn and assist in configuring and developing ServiceNow applications under the guidance of senior developers.
2. Support day-to-day administration, including user management, roles, and access controls.
3. Assist in creating forms, workflows, and basic automations using ServiceNow’s low-code/no-code capabilities.
4. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and fixing issues in ServiceNow applications.
5. Work closely with the team to document requirements, configurations, and solutions.
6. Stay updated with ServiceNow platform releases and features.
