We are looking for a motivated junior sales professional who enjoys interacting with people, learning quickly, and explaining products clearly.You don’t need deep prior experience in HR tech or SaaS sales. We are happy to train capable and coachable individuals who show strong learning ability and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
2. Understand client hiring challenges and position the product effectively.
3. Follow up with prospects and drive conversations toward closure.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal progress.
6. Continuously learn about the product and improve demo effectiveness.
