About the Job
As an 'inside sales associate', you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales with various NGOs. This is a full-stack sales role where you will first give a video demo of our platform to NGOs who express interest in our platform. You will then be required to follow up meticulously with them, answer all their queries and eventually complete the sale. Once the sale is completed, our NGO relations team will take over and complete the onboarding process with the NGO.The real perks of this role:
1. This is not a field sales role. You will be working from home.
2. There is no cold-calling in this role. You are reaching out to leads who have already expressed interest in the danamojo platform.
3. You do not have to get leads. They are provided to you.
Operating within a startup environment, you'll need unwavering enthusiasm, energy, and a hands-on approach to achieve your targets. Yes - you will have targets. Do not apply for this role if you cannot deal with targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a video demonstration of our platform to NGOs who reach out to us. You will not be engaged in cold-calling. You will only be reaching out to NGOs that express interest in our platform.
2. Address client queries, provide solutions, follow up diligently and build trust with clients to close a successful sale.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer delight.
