We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end and understands how agencies operate. This is a WFH, Pan-India role. Experience in South Indian campaigns (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
(Creator sourcing → Outreach → Negotiation → Briefing → Execution → Reporting)
- Manage Pan-India influencer campaigns across multiple regions
- Independently work on brand campaigns and suggest execution strategies
- Track current social media trends and suggest:
1. Influencer formats
2. Content angles
3. Campaign ideas aligned with brand goals
4. Coordinate with influencers for: Content planning, Script flow, hooks & CTA, Timely revisions & delivery, Support script ideation / script writing for UGC & influencer videos
5. Analyze campaign performance & data Views, CPM, CPC, CAC, CTR, Retention
6. Share insights & optimization suggestions
7. Maintain influencer databases & campaign trackers
Must-Have Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Influencer Marketing
- Experience handling campaigns independently (end-to-end)
- Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube influencer ecosystem
- Ability to think strategically and suggest campaigns, not just execute
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
- Good understanding of data, reports & performance metrics
Good to Have (Plus Points)
- Experience in South Indian influencer campaigns
- Agency background
- Script writing or content ideation skills
- Experience with UGC or performance-focused campaigns
- Worked with apps, D2C or consumer brands
