Job Description:
Influencer Partnership Manager. We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Influencer Partnership Manager who can oversee influencer outreach operations, manage a small team, and negotiate collaborations with influencers on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to identify and connect with the right influencers that align with specific brand needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team responsible for influencer outreach, onboarding, and coordination.
2. Understand brand requirements and identify suitable influencers across categories such as lifestyle, fashion, parenting, fitness, etc. Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and pricing with influencers and their teams.
3. Ensure timely onboarding and campaign execution in alignment with brand expectations.
4. Maintain influencer databases, track campaign performance, and ensure deliverables are met.
5. Act as the main point of contact for influencer communication and issue resolution.
6. Develop strategies to improve outreach efficiency and conversion rates.
7. Possess strong knowledge of influencer platforms and tools for discovering niche influencers (e.g., mom influencers in Nagpur or regional micro-influencers).
 
Requirements:
1. 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital campaigns.
2. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team handling influencer outreach.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong research ability to identify relevant influencers based on campaign goals and locations.
5. Knowledge of influencer metrics, engagement analysis, and campaign reporting. 6. Fluent in English and comfortable working with influencers from diverse backgrounds.
