About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Ensure smooth operation safety and upkeep of buildings equipment and infrastructure
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical plumbing HVAC and civil systems
3. Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and safety risks
4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance activities
5. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
6. Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory standards
7. Manage utilities and resources efficiently to optimize usage
8. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency situations
9. Control maintenance costs through effective planning and monitoring
10. Support cleanliness fire safety systems and overall facility efficiency
Job Requirements:
1. Willingness to work in a complete night shift.
2. Knowledge of Spanish or Russian is not mandatory, but will be considered an added advantage.
3. Minimal to moderate calling is required for this position.
