About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Client Servicing
1. Assist team leaders in managing client relationships and requirements
2. Support client communication and serve as a coordination point
3. Understand client requirements and help translate them into actionable briefs
4. Ensure timely delivery of projects and support in maintaining client satisfaction
5. Handle client communications professionally under supervision
6. Proactively identify client needs and assist in suggesting solutions
B. Operations & Coordination
1. Monitor project timelines closely and ensure deliverables are met on schedule (Key Responsibility)
2. Conduct comprehensive research on various topics as per agency requirements (Key Responsibility)
3. Coordinate operational requirements with the creative team
4. Facilitate smooth workflow between internal teams
5. Supervise and coordinate activities during events as required
C. Creative & Content Involvement
1. Actively learn and contribute to creative and content creation processes
2. Assist in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions
3. Assist in creating presentations for client pitches and internal use
4. Support content development using tools like Canva and AI platforms
5. Provide input on creative concepts and campaign ideas
6. Bridge the gap between client expectations and creative execution
Note: 2 months probation @ Rs.15-20k per month (confirmation subject to performance and alignment with agency requirements)
