As a Client Relationship Manager, you won’t just manage accounts—you’ll make clients feel like partners in building legacies.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on people, who listens deeply, and who believes client retention is as powerful as client acquisition. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our clients feel supported, valued, and confident that every campaign is leading them toward measurable impact.

Key responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the luxury home, interiors, and décor industry.
2. Act as the voice of the client, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with clarity and care.
3. Collaborate with performance, social, and creative teams to align execution with client goals.
4. Lead client calls, translate complex strategies into clear updates, and provide direction with confidence.
5. Anticipate client challenges and proactively offer solutions before they escalate.
6. Celebrate client wins, own setbacks, and always keep the focus on results.
7. Represent Digital Ipsum at client launches, exhibitions, and luxury events—being the face of the partnership.
