About the Job
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing roles (Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, Growth, CRM, etc.)
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and delivery timelines
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
- Conduct initial screenings, candidate assessments, and coordination of interview processes
- Drive recruitment processes with urgency, ownership, and a delivery-first approach
- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain active talent pools for recurring requirements
- Negotiate offers, manage closures, and ensure smooth onboarding experience for candidates and clients
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
- Represent ConsultPro with professionalism, market insight, and consultative hiring approach
