About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in selling residential/commercial properties, engaging with clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Training and mentorship will be provided.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in generating and following up on sales leads
2. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
3. Conduct property site visits and presentations
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners
5. Support negotiations and assist in closing sales deals
6. Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams
7. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
8. Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing
9. Provide basic after-sales support to clients
10. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms
11. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
12. Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
