About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned members
2. Drive onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement of members
3. Act as the primary point of contact for queries, support, and coordination
4. Drive renewals & upgrades
5. Track engagement metrics, outcomes, and satisfaction levels
6. Collect member feedback and contribute to service improvement
7. Maintain accurate CRM records & Google sheet records
8. Prepare and maintain different reports required for the department
