Role Brief:
As a Program Manager at Goodera, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of volunteering events for our clients. You’ll be responsible for coordinating across teams, maintaining accurate event data, and managing logistics to deliver high-quality experiences for volunteers worldwide. This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data in internal systems used by Program Managers and Customer Success Managers.
2. Update and manage the central event tracker by working with sub-teams in the Experience team; ensure data completeness and accuracy (a key performance metric).
3. Maintain client context information and relay event-related details to the Experience team for smooth planning and execution.
4. Monitor internal systems to track shipping requirements and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of event materials.
5. Create clear and comprehensive event briefs (for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats) to enable hosts to deliver engaging events.
6. Review and quality-check final event materials such as presentations and “Know Before You Go” (KBYG) documents to ensure excellence.
7. Act as the liaison between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience teams—resolving last-mile issues related to shipments, collaterals, or other event requirements.
