Key responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations for student placements.
2. Identify potential recruiters and generate new placement opportunities.
3. Coordinate with companies to understand hiring requirements and job descriptions.
4. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interview sessions.
5. Prepare students for placements through mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance.
6. Maintain placement records, student databases, and employer data.
7. Track placement performance and prepare regular reports for management.
8. Ensure timely communication between students, faculty, and recruiters.
9. Monitor industry trends and align placement strategies accordingly.
10. Ensure placement targets are achieved as per organizational goals.
