Key responsibilities:1. Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
2. Plan ad strategies for lead generation and conversions
3. Monitor and improve campaign performance through data analysis
4. Track results using Google Analytics
5. Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns
6. Set up and manage audiences, pixels, events, and conversions
7. Work on WordPress landing pages for ads
8. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and targeting
9. Prepare basic performance reports
