This role exists to strengthen VB’s people foundation by supporting talent operations, employee experience, and HR discipline. The People & Talent Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that hiring, onboarding, and people data are handled with care, accuracy, and alignment to VB’s values.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and well-coordinated hiring support, ensuring a clear, respectful, and culture-aligned candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
2. Support smooth onboarding and early employee experience, enabling new hires to integrate with confidence and clarity.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and documentation to support informed people decisions and operational discipline.
4. Assist in employee engagement and employer branding initiatives, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
5. Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure HR processes run efficiently without delays or miscommunication.
