About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns for B2B SaaS, consultancy, or service businesses
2. Scale campaigns horizontally and vertically while maintaining efficiency
3. Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies
4. Understand non-vanity metrics such as CPL, lead quality score, lead-to-customer conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
5. Analyze relationships between CTR, conversion rate, CPL, ROI, and overall funnel health
6. Review daily performance, identify metric interdependencies, and apply data-driven optimizations
7. Monitor funnel-level impact of changes on CPL and lead quality
8. Optimize both lead volume and lead quality in alignment with sales requirements
9. Collaborate with creative teams to refine ad copy and creatives for lead capture
10. Coordinate with sales teams to gather lead quality feedback and optimize campaigns
11. Manage large-scale lead generation campaigns focused on performance rather than branding
12. Handle high-budget performance accounts with ₹50 lakh+ monthly ad spends
13. Demonstrate consistent ability to scale accounts 10x while maintaining CPL efficiency
