We are looking for an Operations Associate who can support our daily operations and grow with the company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-growing environment.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end inventory tracking and procurement to ensure seamless stock availability across all sales channels.
2. Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouses to oversee order fulfillment and timely last-mile delivery.
3. Maintain rigorous quality control standards and documentation throughout the production and packaging lifecycle.
4. Identify and resolve daily operational bottlenecks to improve overall supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
