About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify cases of incorrect fee charges across marketplaces including commissions shipping fees penalties and other deductions
2. File and manage claims with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa and others
3. Identify and raise claims for missing lost or damaged items during forward and reverse logistics
4. Maintain detailed records of all claims filed responses received and recoveries made
5. Track claim status through regular follow ups until resolution
6. Prepare periodic reports summarizing claims filed claims resolved amounts recovered pending cases and aging analysis
7. Coordinate with internal reconciliation and operations teams to validate discrepancies before filing claims
8. Build and maintain SOPs for efficient claim filing and tracking across marketplaces
