About the Job
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content showcasing our manufacturing processes, machinery, products, and corporate activities. The role supports marketing, branding, training, and internal communications.Key Responsibilities
1. Shoot high-quality videos of factory operations, machinery, production processes & products
2. Create corporate videos, product demos, process walkthroughs & safety videos
3. Plan video concepts, storyboards & shot lists
4. Operate cameras, lighting, audio & drones (if required)
5. Edit videos using Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
6. Add graphics, subtitles, voice-overs & background music
7. Coordinate with marketing, production & HR teams
8. Maintain video equipment and manage raw footage library
9. Ensure safety compliance while filming on the shop floor
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Media, Film, Communication (preferred)
2. 0-2 years of videography experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
3. Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting & composition
4. Experience in industrial, corporate or factory video shooting
5. Proficiency in video editing & color correction
6. Ability to work in factory environments & follow safety protocols
