Key responsibilities:1. Designing and customizing holiday packages as per client requirements.
2. Creating, modifying, and sharing itineraries with clients.
3. Handling outbound calls – communicating with clients to understand travel needs, provide package details, and close bookings.
4. Coordinating with B2B partners/vendors to source the best rates and services.
5. Managing client queries professionally over phone and email as B2C.
6. Ensuring smooth execution of bookings and excellent customer satisfaction.
