About the Job
As a junior telecaller at Surya Electronics India Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for communicating with customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Your proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be key to ensuring effective communication with our diverse customer base. Your knowledge of MS Excel will also be utilized for maintaining customer records and generating reports.Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handling inbound calls and addressing customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel.
4. Providing product information and pricing details to customers over the phone.
5. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Continuously updating your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
