Key responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients while building long-term relationships with existing accounts.
2. Sales & Business Development: Promote recruitment services, understand client hiring needs, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
3. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews as per client requirements.
