About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Associate to join our IT services sales team. The role involves working closely with Sales Managers to drive B2B sales for IT services, including CRM tools, AI services, and digital solutions. This position is ideal for recent MBA graduates or MBAs with some experience in technical sales who possess strong communication skills and a keen interest in technology-driven sales.Key responsibilities:
1. Support Sales Managers in day-to-day sales activities and client coordination.
2. Assist in understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions.
3. Conduct market research and maintain customer and lead data.
4. Participate in client calls, product demos, and follow-ups.
5. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and related documentation.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, software solutions, and emerging technologies such as AI.
8. The candidate will be required to work evening or night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Please note that cab facilities are not provided.
