Role & Responsibilities:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in executing high-quality design projects, supporting the creative team, and ensuring that all deliverables align with brand guidelines. Your role will involve working across multiple design disciplines to create visually engaging and strategically effective assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing marketing materials, social media graphics, and branding elements.
2. Work closely with the design team to interpret briefs and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
3. Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to develop high-quality designs.
4. Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and meet project specifications.
5. Handle both quick-turnaround projects and long-term campaigns efficiently.
6. Apply design principles, typography, and colour theory to create visually appealing compositions.
7. Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs while maintaining attention to detail.
8. Support the team in the creation of presentations, proposals, and other visual materials.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory.
2. Strong grasp of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
3. Thorough knowledge of Adobe software shortcuts and workflow optimisations to enhance efficiency.
4. We do not entertain Canva users—we seek professionals with a strong foundation in industry-standard design tools.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus: Experience in 3D modelling, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is an advantage.
